Shipment and Tracking Details
On placement of an order, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order number, tracking number, etc. We track order until delivery through email and phone number.
 
What are the delivery charges?
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by seller, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.
For example, seller WS Retail charges Rs 40 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Sellers to understand their delivery charges.
 
Vat and Custom Duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.
 
Shipment Delay’s
There may be delays due to situations which are beyond our control including Festive holidays , lockout's, etc. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
 
Return Policy
Though we endeavour to provide the best to you, if unintentionally, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product or service, you can contact us at lakmitailors@gmail.com and we will get back to you at the earliest to address your concerns.
 
Fabrics
Once the fabrics has been cut, it is no Longer possible to Return /Exchange the product unless there is a damage in the Fabric.
 
For items received with manufacturing defects/mistake with my order/in damaged condition?
For any displeasure with a purchase, please contact us at lakmitailors@gmail.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
 
How do I return a faulty order?
*If you receive a product with manufacturing defect or if it is not something you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product to lakmitailors@gmail.com
*We will assist you on how to go ahead with the return through e-mail.
*Kindly return the product back to us within 7 working days with the original packing and a copy of the invoice.
*Always give back your items using registered airmail or courier.
*Any shipping cost with regards to the return of the product will have to be borne by the customer.
 
What is the next step after I return my order?
*You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all.
*If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value.
 
Will I get a refund?
*As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.
*We will notify you through an e-mail confirming the transfer of credit to your account.
 
What if the customization goes wrong?
 
*If you are dissatisfied with a product that is customized, we will do the alteration for you, free of cost.
*If alteration is not possible, we will replace the product
*If replacement is not possible, we will let you choose an alternate product
*If you are not satisfied with a product customized as per your directions and choose to have it altered according to your new specifications, we will alter it for you free of cost. However, you will have to bear the logistics expenses.
*There are no refunds for customized products.
